Unofficial fan-made parody. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Game. Hype City is provided as-is for entertainment, with no guarantee of availability. Player names must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may remove names or scores at any time.

Advertisers. By buying a spot you confirm you own or are licensed to use all submitted images, names, links and channels, and that they contain no third-party trademarks (including Rockstar Games, Take-Two marks). You are solely responsible for your ad and agree to indemnify the site operator against claims arising from it.

Review & removal. All ads are reviewed before going live. We may reject or remove any ad at our discretion, including after a takedown request. Rejected ads before going live are refunded. Ads removed for breaking these terms or the Ad Policy are not refunded.

Outbid spots. The title sponsor and streamer slots show the highest approved bid. When someone outbids you, your ad is replaced. Outbid payments are not refundable.

Billboards run for 7 days from approval.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
